If I don’t have the original packaging available I will try to provide packaging (bag and box) from a different designer or noname for the protection of the items. Some smaller items will be shipped protected with bubble foil for insulation and wrapping paper as extra measure. 📦

On a similar note, the measurements can have a +/- 1cm variability due to different materials and measuring tools. 📏
All shoes and earrings are sanitized for hygienic purposes. I sell items the way I’d like to receive them. Clean, true to photos and packaged well. 🥳
Pet sales are usually never used items. If they are used they will be washed and sanitised. None smell of other animals so your dog can use them with confidence. 🐶

👉🏻Why do you change the soles of the shoes?
- I believe in longevity and sustainability. Unfortunately the original designer soles are very fragile and get completely ruined after a few wears. Thus, as soon as I receive my new shoes I send them to the cobbler who carefully fits them with a suitable high quality sole protector. That ensures they will last me longer.

- Unless I listed it in the advert itself and showed it with a photo no, the item doesn’t have any faults.
👉🏻When are you going to post my purchase?
- I usually post the following day but if you need me to send it on a specific day due to holiday etc do let me know and I will do my best to post it on the day you requested provided it falls within the 5 days of mandatory posting as set by Vinted.

👉🏻Are some of your clothes just wrinkled and need ironing?
- Yes, I do apologise but I don’t have time to steam or iron all of the clothes. Some will need ironing or steaming.

- Yes! Vinted gives you the option to choose a preferred delivery service.

- I only sell original. Vinted prohibits the sale of fake or replica items.
